Instructions for Making Mixed Wonton Noodles

Combination Wonton


  • Fresh shrimp: 200g
  • Ground pork: 200g
  • Bacon, whole pieces: 300gr
  • Pork bones: 1kg
  • Dried shrimp: a handful
  • Pork liver: 1 small piece
  • Shiitake mushrooms: 4-5 pieces
  • Mustard
  • Wonton shell
  • Bean sprouts, chives, black pepper, garlic
  • Eggs: 2-3 eggs
  • Soy sauce, seasoning powder, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, sugar
  • Egg noodles


Step 1:

Wash the pickled radish several times with clean water to reduce the saltiness.
Rinse pork bones with a solution of salt and vinegar. Then rinse with boiling water to remove dirt. Put a large pot on the stove, pour clean water to cover the meat and start to boil. When the water boils, add salted radish and dried shrimp. If you see foam floating on top, skim it out to clear the broth.

Step 2:

Soak in salt and wash lean meat, boil briefly in boiling water for the meat to recover, then proceed to marinate with salt, pepper, and soy sauce. Mix well and store in the refrigerator, marinate for 1-2 hours to absorb evenly throughout the meat.
Put a pan on the stove, add oil with garlic, fry until fragrant, fry the meat evenly on both sides. Then add a little water to the meat, cover, cook until the meat is tender and drain the water, then turn off the heat. Remove the meat to a plate, wait for it to cool, then slice thinly.

Step 3:

With fresh shrimp, you peel, pull out the black thread, wash, wait for a bit to drain, then put in the mortar, pound slightly. Take the pounded shrimp and mix with the ground pork, season with a little seasoning and mix well.
Spread the wonton shell on a clean cutting board, then using a small spoon, scoop the shrimp and meat mixture onto the wonton shell, fold the edges of the wonton shell together to glue the eyelids. Just like that stuffing shrimp meat into the wonton shell until all.

Step 4:

Rinse the pork liver, then soak it in a bowl of fresh milk for about 1 hour. Boil the eggs and liver, then cut the eggs into quarters and thinly slice the pork liver.
Bean sprouts, chives, dried umbrellas. Soak shiitake mushrooms in filtered water until soft.
With egg noodles, you need to boil it briefly in boiling water and then rinse with cold water so that the noodles do not stick together.

Finally, you prepare a large bowl, add egg noodles, arrange bean sprouts, chives, dan wu, char siu meat, shiitake mushrooms, pork liver, and eggs on top. Then add the broth and you have an irresistible bowl of wonton noodles.
