Here is a recipe for delicious grilled chicken rice:
- 2 cups of rice
- 4 cups of water
- 500g of chicken thigh fillets
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, chopped, for garnish
- Rinse the rice and add it to a pot with 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat to a simmer and cover. Cook until the water is absorbed and the rice is tender, about 18-20 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, sesame oil, paprika, salt and pepper.
